Plum Guide handpicks the world's best vacation rentals, holiday homes, short term lets and Airbnbs from over 25 different sites.

To start booking:

  1. You will need to be logged into your Plum Guide Partner account. Sign up as a partner here
  2. Once you are logged in, you can book the home directly via the website
  3. f the home is a REQUEST to book home, the host will reply within 72 hours to confirm the booking, if the home is an INSTANT book home, your booking will be confirmed on the spot
  4. There is a section on the booking page that says "Message to your host" - this is where you must tell the host that you are booking on behalf of your client and where you should provide their full names and contact details.
  5. In the instance your client would prefer to book themselves under their own account, this can still be attributed to your partner account. During the booking process, they will need to add your partner code when prompted on the checkout page. To do this they need to click "I have a code" and then under the section select I have a partner code.

Commission, Rates & Terms:
- Commission is set at 7.5%
- Bookings can be made NET or GROSS - for more information on NET rates click here and for Gross click here
- Rates are all inclusive (VAT, utilities etc) - unless specified on the listing or in the host house rules at checkout
- Payment plans available via the website and the matchmaking team

- Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card
- Cancellation policy set home-by-home - all can be seen live on the listing
- Book on your clients behalf
