How to Book:
Dedicated Booking URL for commissionable Aero flights - https://your.aero.com/GTC_ALTOUR
1. Book via the dedicated link: https://your.aero.com/GTC_ALTOUR
2. It is strongly recommended to bookmark this link for ease of future bookings.
3. Choose the origin and destination and the number of adults, infants (under the age of 2), and small pets (under 20 lbs including carrier).
4. Pick “Round Trip” or “One Way”.
5. Click the orange arrow →.
6. Select your date and scheduled flight option.
7. Choose the desired fare class (Non-refundable, Flexible or Most Flexible).
8. From the Trip Summary Page Click “Continue to Guest List Info”
9. Ensure you are logged in, if prompted enter your profile email and password
10. Choose the origin and destination and the number of adults, infants (under the age of 2), and small pets (under 20 lbs including carrier).
11. Click “Continue To Checkout” and enter CC details (and promo code if applicable) at checkout and click “Confirm & Pay”.
12. For all international flights, a copy of the guest’s passport must be sent to passports@aero.com (must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to departure).
Please follow the steps above and book through your dedicated commission URL. If you mistakenly forget to use the dedicated commission link, please contact traveladvisors@aero.com to secure a manual tracking solution, this must occur before the guest has flown any portion of the trip.
It is the travel advisors responsibility to communicate any flight information received from Aero (via email, call, text, etc.) to their client.
Commissions & Terms:
- A 10% commission applies once flown, all scheduled routes apply.
- A $300 savings opportunity for Aero first time guests. Use the code AERO2024 to redeem. Book by December 31, 2024.
