

How To Capture Credit Card Information on Nicer
If you need to capture your client's credit card authorization for deposits, please follow these quick steps:
- Login to your Advisor Portal
- Go to Itineraries
- Select a traveler and an existing trip, or create a new one.
- Click on the yellow button labeled “Actions” and select “$ Payment Management”.
- Here you will be able to do multiple charges, including your trip planning fees.
- To capture your traveler’s credit card information for a deposit, select “Other” from the first dropdown on the left. By default it’s will always have “Planning Fee” selected.
- Enter a description in the “detail” field for your client to clearly understand what this is for,
- Enter the amount.
- Clcik “Request”
- Your requested amount will now be listed below and your traveler will receive a push notification to the Nicer app.
- After your the traveler enters their credit card information, Nicer will encrypt it (safety first!) and then notify you to view it.
- To view the credit card, select an itinerary and click on the yellow button labeled “Actions” and select “Card Details”. There you can click and see specific credit card information to process payments with partners.
